FIT ACADEMY is a scientifically-backed lifestyle training facility in Thomastown, Melbourne. We run programs that focus on everything from training and nutrition to your mindset and recovery.

Our goal at FIT ACADEMY is to provide you with an incredibly diverse, holistic and personalized fitness offering to keep you motivated and engaged so you can achieve better results than ever before. There's something for everyone, and we are the one-stop shop for health with access to individualized training, group sessions, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, kickboxing, yoga, pilates and reformer, among many other services to address your movement, nutrition, mindset, recovery and social needs.

SHARED PT

Shared PT is all about individualisation. We develop a program for you based on your goals and movement capabilities, and you share a coach amongst a small group of people. Get the personalized feel of PT with the social aspect of groups. These sessions allow you to focus on enhancing your movement to build a strong foundation of function by improving your mobility, strength and conditioning.

Our Shared PT programs focus on various elements of training, movement, strength, conditioning, recovery, fun, function and testing your limits.


 

GROUP CLASSES

Our group classes bring our community together, so as a team, we can work on improving your overall mobility, strength and conditioning in a fun, social environment. Our programming is thoughtfully designed to get you the best possible results. When you come regularly, you'll notice the significant change demonstrated every six weeks in our Trophy reporting to benchmark your progress. In addition, we maintain small groups within the classes so our coaches can provide you as much attention as possible and modify exercises based on your needs, injuries and experience, which allows all levels to train in our group classes.

SPECIALTY CLASSES

Training isn't always about smashing yourself to exhaustion; it's also about having fun! Our specialty classes allow you to do just that while learning new skills. Whether you do Gymnastics, Flexibility, Olympic Lifting, Yoga or Kickboxing, these classes will teach you valuable skills and awareness about your body while also improving your mobility and flexibility, strength and/or conditioning.


 

REFORMER PILATES

Connect your body, mind and breath with a dynamic workout in our state-of-the-art Wellness space, designed to improve your strength, posture, core stability and mobility. In these classes, you'll target muscle groups in a way that beautifully compliments your traditional workouts.
